Oregon Trail RV Park is offers a scenic and peaceful setting where you can camp on the Oregon Trail. Our new facilities assure your comfort and convenience. Open year round. Oregon Trail RV Park offers both RV and tent camping, with tent camping costing $5 per night (or $8 with water and electricity access). The self-pay station is located near the bath house. Restrooms, showers, picnic tables, and laundry facilities are available. Location: 407 Highway 99, Westmoreland, KS 66549. Contact: 785-457-3361.
Hiking and biking opportunities await on the many trails and gravel paths in the Westmoreland area.
Pottawatomie County State Park #1 is located 6 miles North of Westmoreland on Route 99. A 24 acre lake and 166 acres of public hunting grounds are offered here. Primitive campsite and a small hiking trail can also be enjoyed.
Two parks are located in Westmoreland - one at Westmoreland Elementary School and the other on Main Street at American Legion park. Both provide fun opportunities to play and picnic year round.
